Once purchased, the lift pass can be collected at a ticket machine by scanning the QR code sent via email after the purchase. If you’ve purchased a specific resort pass, it must be picked up at a ticket machine in that resort, while the All-Mountain Lift Pass can be collected at any of the 4 resorts that make up Niseko United.

Yes, but in this year (2025), Hirafu closes earlier than usual due to modernizing the lifts. The opening dates of the resorts are as follows:
– Annupuri till May 6, 2025,
– Niseko Village until April 6, 2025,
– Hirafu until March 31, 2025,
– Hanazono till April 6, 2025.
Skiing or snowboarding after April 6th will be limited to Annupuri. The dates are subject to change if the weather/snow does not allow the resort to remain open.
